The new payment plans are as follows:

• Reservation: 12.5% (fully refundable within 1 month of reservation)
• 40% deposit on signing the purchase contract

Then choose to pay the remaining 50% as follows:

• 50% on quarterly installments over 3 years from PPC date at a fixed flat interest of 3%
• 50% on quarterly installments over 4 years from PPC date at a fixed flat interest of 4%
• 50% on quarterly installments over 5 years from PPC date at a fixed flat interest of 5%
